We do not deliver any physical items. All services are:

- Confirmed through written communication or direct consultation
- Fulfilled by professionals according to the agreed service terms
2. Service Confirmation
Once payment is received, services are confirmed via:
- Official email correspondence from info@clinton-consultancy.com
- Telephone or Zoom consultations as arranged with our team
- Documented deliverables (e.g. business plans, visa documents, or application submissions) sent electronically
3. Processing Time
Service timelines vary by the type of service purchased and the information provided by the client. Any expected turnaround time is communicated clearly during onboarding.
4. No Tracking or Shipping Numbers
As our services are not shipped, clients will not receive tracking numbers or postal references. All updates will be shared via email or telephone.
