At Clinton Consultancy Ltd, we take pride in delivering professional consultancy, immigration support, training, and business advisory services tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Due to the nature of our work, and the time, resources, and third-party coordination involved, we operate a strict No Refund Policy across all services.
1. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services (digital orientation, immigration referral consulting and government submission support), we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All payments made to Clinton Consultancy Ltd are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
-Professional management services (e.g. Innovator Founder Visa, Employer Licence Sponorship application where an Immigration Advice Authority Consultant will review your application before you submit the application officially.
-Application preparation or review services
-UK orientation programmes and training courses
-Business plan drafting or strategic consulting
-Document processing or advisory sessions
-Any third-party fees paid on your behalf
2. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s sole responsibility to:
-Ensure they meet the eligibility requirements prior to engaging our services
-Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
-Cooperate with all requests for documentation or clarification in a timely manner. Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.
3. Non-Completion by Client
Refunds will not be issued for:
-Change of mind or withdrawal after service initiation
-Delays or failures caused by the client’s inaction, unresponsiveness, or failure to meet deadlines
-Dissatisfaction based on outcomes outside our control (e.g. government decisions, visa denials, changes in personal circumstance)
4. Force Majeure
Clinton Consultancy Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government delays, acts of God, or regulatory changes. No refunds shall be issued in such circumstances.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
Attempting to reverse valid payments through chargebacks, false claims, or unauthorised disputes constitutes a breach of contract. Clinton Consultancy Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal and recovery action in such cases.
By engaging our services and submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this No Refund Policy.
